is included in each week's price and is usually more than sufficient when no heating is needed. If more electricity is used it is charged the price of French electricity (edf)

The so-called "taxe de séjour", about 0,50 € a person a day (13 and over), is perceived for the town and asked with your final payment.
Fom June to September people asking for more than one week have priority.

200 € of guarantee deposit are asked on arrival. It is completely refund on your departure if the apartment is left the same state in which it was offered on arrival.
From June to September booking for at least 2 weeks are taken prior to others. A single week booking can be taken only to adjust.
